Economic Growth: Only Solution to Job Scarcity

Excessive greed is the mother of all the devastation; indeed, directly from the horse's mouth. What was that economic downturn; couple of years back in America, all about? Just because of the recession initiated by America, followed by Japan, Europe and rest of the globe. Was it a necessary evil? Absolutely not! Just the sequential burst of housing bubble of mortgage loan in America and the ultimate burst of global economy!

Let's rummage around 2 years back and witness the deep plunge in economic downturn of the whole globe. Most of the investors invested in Mortgage loans, many of which were under rated. Everything was fine till the time property rates were shooting high, moment they attained stagnation and then reverse motion, investors started losing their money. Extent was so immense that the gargoyles in the investment market started running out of money. As a chain reaction companies got void of their reserve funds which they invested in these mortgage shares. Profit is the only bare fact a company carries along with it. Hence, when every other source of fund, in the vicinity of a business entity (from suppliers to investors), was sinking and there was no other means to bind revenue; the only way out remained, was the scrutiny of employees. This was the origin of job scarcity in America and relatively across the globe.

Now the question arises how it can be tackled! Generally we hear that government policies and relief package is the only solution, which is true but one very peculiar point mandatory to mention is the economic growth. Like adversity; prosperity can also be spread but yes, with huge efforts. Economies of many countries like China, Brazil, India and Russia are still on the growth spree. It is not the case that they remained completely untouched but the extent was diluted. Some of their trades like IT, textiles got severely affected but by virtue of government aids and lenient taxation norms, they recovered back.

But why, job hunting is still the favorite time pass of many service men, even in Asian. May be because they think that they are facing hidden unemployment or actually they might be unemployed. In order to serve their needs number of social media and job hunting sites has come into market; some of which are fake and some are really genuine. There are numerous like, Naukri.com, MonsterJob.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter so hence and forth. Let's have example of few of them.

TweetMyJOBS.com is good initiative by twitter for USA and Canada. By virtue of this site one can have access to number of job channels. Its beauty stands with its search optimization. It tweaks the search criteria at the back end on the basis of place and type required and represents the fine tuned result at the front end. So, no more churning of suitable ones out of vague! It has got number of versatile features like mobile accessibility, instant notification, tools like Google map and Tweet maps along with daily updates. It is not a promotion call of twitter; a sheer proof of this is its RSS feed in the absence of twitter account. It is a good hub not only for employees, but also for employers. Some big brands like Sony, Motorola and Hewitt finds it a good platform to hire employees. Why is so good in comparison to others, because it is not mere a job search site but a blend of social media site, "twitter" along with the job searching site. Indeed a good approach, as most of the employers and employees are moving towards social media and social networking sites like face book and Twitter for hunting. Rest all the services are more or less same as other job searching sites like resume writing service. This basic strategy is now-a-days being followed by many Indian and Asian job searching sites also. Like Naukri.com, monster.com, TimesJob.com so hence and so forth.
